While studying the intermittent fasting lifestyle, Dr. Ellen Britt and Denise Wakeman discovered the properties of oolong tea that contribute to longevity.
Long-neglected on my shelf of go-to teas, I pulled out my tin to rediscover this drink. It reminds me of the green tea I like so well, coming from a plant used for both black and green teas.
It does contain caffeine, making it great for mornings.
