Delicata Squash Recipe
Fast, easy and delicious fall side dish
So easy and simple to make a delightfully sweet fall squash side dish in minutes. Slice, saute and serve.
- 1 Delicata squash
- 1 T olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Wash and slice Delicata into 1/4" rounds. Remove seeds from center, leaving rounds.
- Drizzle olive oil with salt and pepper to both sides of sliced Delicata.
- Use a little olive oil in fry pan to saute rounds, flipping to get both sides golden brown. About 5-7 minutes per side. Test with fork; they are done when tender.
