I like to use Salt Lick Spicy Bar-B-Q sauce for my hot sauce. It’s really mild and really tasty. Adds just a little bit of kick. Salt Lick is a popular bbq restaurant outside Austin, TX. Here’s a (paid) link to get some. Amazon sells a 3-pack of bottles. Makes a great gift.
