Make Pizza Dough at Home Your Way and Save

Add a bread maker to make it even easier

This recipe is for folks who don’t have a bread maker as well as for those who do. It’s nice to tweak and customize the dough for your current mood. Substitute some whole wheat for the BBQ Chicken Pizza recipe on the right, inspired by California Pizza Kitchen’s dish.

The one on the left below uses pesto, green olives, pepperoni, onions and roasted red peppers. I like Mama Lil’s peppers. Pizza Dough Recipe with and without bread maker

A bread maker takes the work out of making your own pizza. This is great for the budget with ingredients most folks have at home. You can make this (and we have) when you don't have a bread maker. We like to substitute some whole wheat for some of the white flour.
