Spinach Dip

Great for parties and potlucks! Keep frozen spinach in your freezer and you will always be ready with a last-minute appetizer. Easy for RV travelers too!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 10 oz box chopped spinach
  • 1 14 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix together: Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
  • Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
